Urgent Care of Mountain View 260
Tri-County Speedway hosted the Urgent Care of Mountain View 260 on Saturday, August 9, 2025, with fans treated to a night of competitive racing across multiple divisions. Fast qualifying efforts, solid feature wins, and a handful of notable incidents shaped the results in each class.
Jason Garwood started first in the Front Wheel Drive division with a qualifying time of 18.562. Jason Garwood drove to the win, Skyler Brown finished second, and Randy Hupp finished third.
In the South Atlantic Pro Late Model Series H&H Land Clearing 75, Kyle Campbell earned the pole with a fastest qualifying lap of 15.222 seconds. The feature was slowed by multiple cautions. Jeff Batten and Tyler Church had separate issues during the first caution, ending the night early for Church. Reaves spins from contact with Horniman to bring out a second caution. On the restart, Trey Canipe in the #5 makes contact with Reaves’ left rear and spins around in two, causing significant damage to the #18 car. Tyler Tanner and Joshua Horniman make contact, sending both cars spinning to bring out a third caution. This would result in the collection of Martin Nesbitt, who would retire from the race at this time. A fourth caution would see Carson Ware along with Canipe as they make contact and both suffer damage that will end Canipes night. Mason Walters scored the victory after making a charging run to pass Caden Kvapil in the closing laps. Caden Kvapil would hold on to finish second, and Jade Avedisian rounded out the podium in third.
Klint Townsend posted the fastest qualifying lap in the Renegades feature at 18.739. Multiple spins by Joshua Gunter and Michael Waldrop brought out cautions during the race. Jackson Sparks captured the victory, Klint Townsend finished second after a five lap side by side battle for the lead that saw Sparks take the late advantage coming to the white flag and cleared by the checkered. Gary Aldrich completed the top three.
Isaac Harris set the fastest qualifying lap in the Mini Stock feature at 17.647. Isaac Harris earned the win, expanding his growing championship points lead. But not without a strong Robert Trivette finished second after a race long battle with Harris for the lead, and Allison Houston completed the top three.
Max Porter captured the pole in the Street Stock feature with a fastest qualifying lap of 16.858. A caution came out for Jonathan Goodwin spinning in turn four. Gary Ledbetter captured the victory, Terrance Tucker finished second, and Mark Goin took third after an exciting finish which saw Max Porter spinning across the line beside Ledbetter but would be disqualified in post race inspection alongside Thomas Lee.
Hudson Sharp earned the pole in the Asphalt Limited Late Model feature with a fastest qualifying lap of 19.961. Williams Aldred drove to the win, Hudson Sharp finished second, and Austin Harris took third in a heavily contested but fairly clean race.
Jacob Hickman claimed the pole position with the fastest qualifying lap in the Crown Vics feature at 20.219. The feature included an early retirement by Kyle Dubeau, who brought his car to pit road leaving major shoes to fill as he has been the front runner and points lead most of the season. Jon Morton captured the win, Hunter Hatton finished second, and Jeff Mayrand rounded out the podium in third.
Saturday night at Tri-County Speedway highlighted the depth of talent across all divisions, with fast qualifying efforts, top-three finishes, and caution-filled features making for an exciting evening of racing.
